Texas shoots
Texas Private Bird Hunting Area licenses run Sep 1–Aug 31 with no bag limits on banded pen-reared birds — the only launch state where corporate shoots can run in the off-season.
For hunters: Hunters need a valid Texas hunting license with the Upland Game Bird endorsement; a $27 Non-resident Banded Bird license is available for out-of-state guests. Licensing authority: TPWD Private Bird Hunting Area License.
